Change of Rules 2: Inner Treatment (+18) (Acts 1 and 2)

Quetzalli went through a gender swap through a potion. Even though the potion was temporal, for some reason Quetzalli got stuck in that state, now even though curiosity and exploration floods his mind, he also needs to know the reasons of why he got stuck. And so he seeks orientation in a rather particular Health Facility where exploration and bliss awaits.
