Psy-Launch is no longer usable in the Field
The player was starting with 2 skills. Now only starts with the selected one.
Game balance:
Point of Pressure MP cost: 10>12
Psy-Wind: Accuracy 75%>80%
Note: (I forgot to update the description for Psy-Wind, it says 75%, but it's actually programed to be 80%. I'll fix the text in a future patch).Get Delve Into Pawssion
